INESPASA Promotes Productivity and Operational Efficiency Through the SIGMA Project
Last week, INESPASA, together with TRAZIA, a partner company in the SIGMA project (Integrated System for R&D Management and Monitoring Based on Artificial Intelligence and Open Innovation), held technical sessions focused on productivity and operational efficiency.
During the sessions, INESPASA’s innovation team explored the key principles of the FAST methodology, highlighting the importance of establishing structured working methods to optimise processes, improve task organisation and move towards a productivity model based on measurable results.
This initiative forms part of INESPASA’s commitment to continuous improvement and the strengthening of its innovation processes. In this context, the SIGMA project provides a framework for advancing the management and monitoring of R&D activities through artificial intelligence and open innovation.
These efforts are also aligned with INESPASA’s commitment to a systematic approach to innovation, recently reinforced by obtaining certification in accordance with the international ISO 56001 standard for innovation management systems.
Through initiatives such as this, INESPASA continues to work towards improving its processes, strengthening the management of innovation activities and fostering a culture focused on efficiency, continuous improvement and value creation.
INESPASA would like to thank TRAZIA for its collaboration and for sharing its knowledge and expertise during these sessions
