INESPASA advances the SIGMA Project to strengthen an Innovation Management System aligned with ISO 56001.

INESPASA continues to make progress on the SIGMA Project, a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening innovation management through the development of STARGATE, the company's digital platform supporting its Innovation Management System.

As part of the project, a technical workshop was held to review the platform's progress, assess the developments achieved so far, and define the next implementation steps. The workshop provided an opportunity to align the technological developments with the company's strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with the principles established by the ISO 56001 Innovation Management System standard.

The objective of STARGATE is to provide INESPASA with a digital platform capable of systematizing innovation management, improving operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making, and maximizing the value generated from the organization's internal knowledge.

The project focuses on enhancing the company's ability to anticipate technological trends and emerging opportunities, strengthening strategic resilience, structuring the knowledge generated through R&D&I activities, and facilitating the transformation of ideas into projects with tangible industrial and business impact. In addition, the platform will improve the traceability of innovation activities by enabling better monitoring of key performance indicators, assessment of results, and continuous improvement of the Innovation Management System.
