Machining
The evolution of the aeronautical market requires continuous updating and modernization of the machining machinery park. We currently have state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, including CNC machining centers up to 7-axis, high speed and palletized.
INESPASA is capable of manufacturing prototypes, MRO spare parts, short or large series of components, optimizing machining times and developing its own clamping tools to guarantee compact dimensions, outstanding rigidity, without vibrations and with performance at the height of the highest expectations.
Our processes are always being improved, thanks to different production improvement programs that we carry out, among which stand out: 5S, TPM, SMED, etc. With production controlled by a management system tailored to our needs, at INESPASA we manufacture different aircraft parts, from small machinings to large parts up to 10 meters in length in materials such as plastic, aluminum, titanium or steel.
